My name is Maya Benjamin

I'm a student at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. My studies in journalism, global health and marketing have taught me how to transform information into thoughtful, accurate messaging that will resonate with an audience. At my core, I am a storyteller. My background in news has shown me the power of communication and given me a strong skill set in crafting stories. Whether writing for CNBC, Yahoo Finance or a variety of college publications, I've loved getting to serve as a watchdog and spread the truth.
